We have huge experience in designing products in a range of NZ businesses, and in NZ and Asian manufacturing. We are happy to take a concept or problem and apply the best economic, performance or manufacturing solution.

We design for future-proofing, longevity and component obsolescence in long-life products.

We can produce any level of documentation required - from design notes to service manuals, plus design and commission your ATE and programming equipment - and can provide long-term support for all of these.

Our design expertise includes:

• FPGA Verilog code for custom SOC solutions.
• Embedded micro-controller development on many platforms - we have experience in products which solve complex real-time problems at low cost.
• Analogue design.
• Large and small LCD displays - we have experience ranging from segment displays to SVGA 15 inch screens.
• Designing to meet demanding requirements of EMC; design for manufacture; compliance; and testing. We are also happy to advise on existing designs to help meet EMC compliance issues.
• Schematic capture and PCB layout; our design work is done using Mentor Graphics PADs. We create schematics that will auto-generate accurate electronic BOMs.
• We solve manufacturing bottle-necks with existing designs and solve problems in manufacture and testing.
• We have developed custom test equipment that was under control of computer automated test PCs to solve production problems.
